Children’s Advil offers fast, effective fever relief for kids ages 2 to 12, with a great-tasting flavor that makes dosing easy. This children’s ibuprofen formula provides up to 8 hours of fever reduction and minor pain relief, so your child can get back to feeling like themselves sooner.

Uses:
Children’s Advil is designed to temporarily reduce fever and relieve minor aches and pains associated with:

• Immunization
• Earache
• Colds
• Sore throat

Directions:

• If possible, weigh your child to determine the correct dose; otherwise, base the dose on their age.
• Shake well before each use, ensuring the full contents of the dosage cup are taken.
• Doses can be repeated every 6–8 hours as symptoms persist, up to 3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
• For children over 12 and adults, up to 4 teaspoons (20 mL) can be taken every 4 hours, up to 3 times daily.

Caution:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor if fever or pain lasts more than 3 days.
• Do not use if your child has kidney or liver disease, dehydration, or stomach pain unless directed by a doctor. If stomach upset occurs, administer with food or milk.
• Pregnant and nursing women should consult a doctor before using this product.

Warnings:
Do not use with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other ibuprofen products. Avoid if your child has had allergic reactions to ASA or similar medications, or to any ingredients in this product. Consult a doctor if your child has peptic ulcers, high blood pressure, heart failure, or is taking other medications.

Stop use and consult a doctor if:

• Symptoms persist beyond 24 hours.
• Fever or pain lasts more than 3 days.
• Redness or swelling appears.
• Sore throat is severe or persists with fever or headache.
• Your child experiences side effects such as stomach pain, nausea, skin rashes, dizziness, or fluid retention.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center, even if no symptoms appear.
