Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, 430 g

Directions:

1. Combine a 1/2 cup mix with a little less than a 1/2 cup water or milk (by little, this means 1 tablespoon less)
2. For pancakes, pour mix into small circles on a medium-hot, lightly oiled pan. Wait until bubbles begin to form and pop (2-3 minutes), then gently flip and finish cooking on the other side (about 1 minute.)
3. For waffles, cook on a medium-hot waffle make for about 5 minutes before removing.
4. Serve with your favourite spread, syrup, fruit, or enjoy them on their own!

*Note: for flufflier pancakes or waffles, make sure your batter is thick by adding more mix
