Helixia Cough Prospan Syrup for Kids

Purpose:

• Expectorant to help expel mucus and relieve coughs.
• Supports respiratory function and relieves symptoms in children with chronic bronchitis.

Dosage:

• Infants under 1 year (≥3.4 kg/7.5 lbs): 2.5 mL (½ tsp.) twice daily for at least 1 week. Consult healthcare professional before use or if exceeding 7 days.
• Children 1–5 years (≥12 kg/26.5 lbs): 2.5 mL (½ tsp.) three times daily for at least 1 week. Consult healthcare professional if exceeding 14 days.
• Children 6–11 years: 5 mL (1 tsp.) three times daily for at least 1 week. Consult healthcare professional if exceeding 4 weeks.

Instructions:

• Continue use for 2–3 days after symptoms disappear.
• Shake well before each use.
• Store at room temperature (15–30°C). Use within 3 months of opening.

Caution:

• Do not use if allergic to ivy, sorbitol, or other ingredients.
• Seek medical advice for persistent symptoms, fever, difficulty breathing, or bloody mucus.
• May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain.
• Consult a healthcare professional for infants under 1 year or if side effects occur.

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Dried Ivy Leaf Extract (Hedera helix L.): 7 mg/mL (equivalent to 35–52.5 mg dried ivy leaves; extraction ratio 5–7.5:1).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Purified water, sorbitol, flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, citric acid.
