Dosage Instructions

As an Antacid (For Upset Stomach, Heartburn, Acid Indigestion):

• Adults: 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls (5-15 mL), up to 4 times per day or as directed by a doctor.

As a Laxative (For Constipation Relief):

• Adults (12 years & older): 2-4 tablespoonfuls (30-60 mL), preferably at bedtime. Follow with a full glass of water.
• Children (6-11 years): 1-2 tablespoonfuls (15-30 mL).
• Children (2-5 years): 1-3 teaspoonfuls (5-15 mL).
• Note: Produces a bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours.
