Directions
Wind a piece of floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 4 inches between them. Grasp floss firmly between thumb and index finger and slide between teeth, curve floss around tooth and move up and down. Repeat for each tooth and move the floss along. American Dental Association Recommendation: "tooth brushing has not been demonstrated to sufficiently penetrate between the teeth to be able to replace the need for using floss or interdental cleaners".
