Directions for Use:
For children 2-11 years, use the enclosed measuring cup to accurately dose the medication based on your child's weight or age. For children under 2 years, consult a doctor or use Infants' Tylenol instead.

• Children 2-3 years (24-35 lbs): 5 mL (1 tsp)
• Children 4-5 years (36-47 lbs): 7.5 mL (1.5 tsp)
• Children 6-8 years (48-59 lbs): 10 mL (2 tsp)
• Children 9-10 years (60-71 lbs): 12.5 mL (2.5 tsp)
• Children 11 years (72-95 lbs): 15 mL (3 tsp)
  Repeat the dose every 4-6 hours as needed, but do not exceed five doses per day.

Caution:

• Liver Warning: Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Overdose may cause severe liver damage. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
• Allergy Alert: Do not use if your child is allergic to acetaminophen. Discontinue use immediately if your child experiences a skin reaction such as reddening, blisters, or a rash.
• Consult a Doctor: Consult a doctor if symptoms last more than 5 days or fever persists for more than 3 days. Also, consult a doctor if your child has liver or kidney disease, or is using other medications.
• In Case of Overdose: Call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if there are no symptoms such as sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, or loss of appetite.

Storage:
Store at room temperature (15-30°C / 59-86°F). Protect from light. Do not use if the carton seal or bottle neck band is broken.
